How long have you been a part of our community?
I have been part of this community ever since the server wasn’t even live on FiveM. I don’t remember the exact date, however I applied to be a LEO not soon after JRP was shut down and I found this server. I used to be an officer on JRP as well.
Do you have any staff recommendations?
I believe I have Mello’s (Administrator) recommendation.
Why would you be a good fit for staff? What would you bring to our team? (Minimum 200 words)
I believe that I would be a good fit to be a staff because I would define myself as a just person. I wouldn’t wrongfully or purposefully ban, kick, etc. someone just because I didn’t like them. I would analyze the situation and help out others when needed. If I am to be completely honest, I don’t think that I’m the type of person to hold a grudge against somebody if they didn’t know the rules or they broke some by accident (VDM, RDM, etc. by accident). Not only this, but I am usually a calm person. Unless somebody forces me to kick/warn them, I won’t. I feel like when I moderate a community, I don’t take advantage of my powers and mess others up. I am usually online for at least an hour every day (after 5 EST) and even if I am on duty but 10-8, I will still respond to a staff situation. I am very trustworthy, and I have only a couple of warnings on my record for things that happened before I was experienced with FiveM and the way people interact using it.
There are many people on this server who have intentions of screwing up the fun for others, and no matter what, I intend to try my best to seek out these, warn them, and if they continue or the offense is severe, kick them (with proper reasoning of course). Not only this, but I am great at solving disputes, and I will get the job done efficiently and with results. I have many qualities which I can use during my time as staff on this amazing server, and I believe that it will improve the quality of gameplay as well as make life easier for everybody: civilians, LEOs, and staff alike. Although I don’t haven’t staffed on other FiveM servers, my friends have made many servers on Discord for things like chatting, playing games like Minecraft, Grand Theft Auto 5, Roblox, etc. and most of the time, if not every single time, they have asked me to be a moderator (and honestly, I do a pretty good job).
Overall, I believe that I am a just person with good reasoning and dispute-settling skills, I am great at helping others out and not kicking them for not knowing something (I would instead give them a warning and help them understand where they went wrong), and not the best at holding grudges against people I don’t like. I would not let that hinder my ability to make a choice that could affect somebody in a bad way long-term, OR short-term. I am also going to be pretty active as a staff on this server, I will try my best to seek out the people that want to ruin the fun for others, and finally, I will make life easier for everybody playing on this server. In conclusion, I think that I would be a great fit for staff on LADOJRP.
What could our server improve on, and how could you help us get there? (Minimum 100 words)
I'm not trying to be condescending or saying that the current staff isn’t doing a great job, but I feel that we should be more active when people ask for admin revives (but not just hand them out anytime, anywhere). To fix this, if I’m available, I would TP to them and ask them why they need an admin revive (this is because these revives aren’t usually done while in RP) and if the reason seems fair (such as they were RDM/VDMed), I would give it to them. I would also try to track down who killed them and “interrogate” them by asking them what had happened, and checking logs (if I can’t do that, I would ask help from a higher-up staff). If I’m not available, I would ask why they needed a revive in the chat, and apply the same tactics post-revive (but only when I’m available, I don’t feel like it is fair to others to interrupt a fun/good RP just because somebody decided to VDM or something.)

Are you aware of our Dual Clanning Rules?
Yes, I am. If a LEO or staff dual clans without the dual clanning approved tag, they are to be reported to a higher-up. I do not know what would happen then, since I haven’t actually dealt with that before, but I would ask how to deal with it.
Define FailRP:
FailRP is when somebody fails to roleplay correctly. For example, If somebody flew into a brick wall at 100 mph, and continued to drive their car as if there weren’t any injuries, that would be FailRP. In real life, if that happened, the car would most likely stop working and the person driving would probably be thrown out of the window, if not killed on impact.
Define NITRP
:
NITRP means “No Intent To Roleplay”. This means that the person in question did not connect to LADOJRP in order to actually roleplay with others, but instead, joined to do things that would not happen in real life (e.g. mass RDM at spawn, killing multiple LEOs after dying and being revived by either the hospital or EMS, etc.)
Define VDM:
VDM means “Vehicle Deathmatch”. This refers to what happens when somebody decides to run you over or attempt to kill you without reason or prior means, and doesn’t RP it out. To elaborate, let’s say someone sees you crossing a road, and decides to run you over. They then stop to check if you’re dead, and then when they see that you are, just run off without any indication as to whether they want to RP that.
Here is an elaborate example of VDM:
[Person 1]: Crossing the street.
[Person 2]: Driving a fast car and runs you over.
[Person 1]: Dies.
[Person 2:] Literally leaves without saying anything/doesn’t get out of the car and keeps going.
Not so elaborate, but still an example of VDM.
What is our staff "Chain of Command"? What happens if you violate COC?
