Zac K., Garrett, Mobster The Lobster, Dixon,
Bodine,
D. Williams, Josh H., Comma
Why would you be a good fit for staff? What would you bring to our team? (Minimum 200 words)
I would be a good fit for staff because I am on the server when not many staff or no staff are on at all and I feel like I could deal with a lot of the issues that happen. I have plenty of experience, 7 years of staffing on Roleplay servers at many ranks. I have been a compliance director which my job was making sure people were following rules, making sure staff were doing their jobs, and dealing with IA and HR-related stuff. Then I was made a Co-Founder of the community and did a lot of stuff for the servers I was apart of. I know how to deal with 90% of the situations that I could come across. As for what I would bring to the team, I would bring the experience and knowledge of how it all works. I would bring ideas and suggestions to the table and try to help current staff members learn and grow as staff on the server. I know how things work already so I would not need to learn much as rules go and such, and I know how to deal with situations that I could come across. All in all, I think I would be a good fit for the staff team.
What could our server improve on, and how could you help us get there? (Minimum 100 words)
Our server could improve on friendly-ness and learning how to talk to players in-game. I have seen a lot of situations with my time on the server that could have been handled way better than they were. I have seen staff acting very toxic and immature in-game and in the discord that if I owned the server they wouldn't be staff anymore. I think etiquette needs to be taught if it's not already and if it is it definitely should be. Something everyone could improve on including myself is readiness and dealing with things as we see them not whenever we feel like doing them. I know a lot of people don't have time for things but when they see something they should take care of it sooner rather than later. Including in-game I have seen way too many people ask for staff just to have no one show up. The server is great, (otherwise, I wouldn't be applying for staff) but yes some things could be better.
Do you have previous experience staffing on other servers? If so, list them.
I was Staff for a few months on CADOJRP, I was an Admin on LonestarDOJRP for a few months, and I've been a Co-Founder for a big community called ShadowICT that mainly did G-Mod, Arma 3, and did a bit of FiveM for 3 years.
Are you aware of our Dual Clanning Rules?
Yes.
Define FailRP:
FailRP is the act of failing to stick to your in-game roleplaying. Whether it be by taking information out of OOC chat and using it to roleplay or doing something that isn't realistic.
Define NITRP: No intent to roleplay is when you do everything except roleplay, like playing as if you were on GTA Online, or completely messing around without roleplay. Not listening to staff, ignoring LEO, or RDM'ing are a few examples of NITRP.
Define VDM:
VDM (Vehicle Death Match) is like RDM (Random Death Match) but with vehicles. Eg, Running people over.
What is our staff "Chain of Command"? What happens if you violate COC? Staff CoC Is T-Mod, Mod, Snr. Mod, Admin, Snr. Admin, Head Admin, then the Exec Staff. Violation of the CoC could result in punishment and or removal if repeated.
